The Power in Ageing - LEWES

This is the third of three session exploring the Power in Ageing facilitated by Adam Duncan. Each session will be a stand alone workshop where we actively listen and share around key aspects of life. We will look at how we can fully embrace the present moment and transform our concerns about ageing into clarity of intention.  It is strongly recommended to participate in all three to get a complete picture of the power in ageing. The sessions can be done in any order. This is not therapy but a safe space to actively listen and spontaneously share with other mature adults about key aspects of ageing.  Please contact info@life-stage if you need more information.  This will be a small group with a limited number of places so please book early.
