An unexamined life is not worth living SOCRATES
Life Stage participants are all so different, interesting and mostly getting on with it! But, without self examination, it is so easy to veer into a decline mindset. This month the Life-Stage team will be exploring some of the empirical testing around ageing and well-being. We will discuss four of the essential elements needed for development and reflect to see if, and how, we have incorporated them in our lives.
