Love, Loss & Living (Autumn)
All life is transient, so as we grow older, how do we come to terms with loss and still appreciate life to the full?

Time and Location
15 Nov 2024, 10:00 – 16:00
Brighton and Hove, The Village Barn, Church Hill, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 8YU, UK
About
INTRODUCTION
In a quiet space, we will slow down and find our own natural rhythm. In small groups we will enquire into the types of loss and what it is we need to take us forward through this time of change. After we have shared lunch together, we will prepare ourselves to let go of some sadness that we no longer need to carry on our own. When we collectively release some of this burden, we will discover a sense of spaciousness and joy.
COST
The cost is £75 for the day including a delicious vegetarian lunch. If you pay the full cost, you will be welcome at subsequent day events at half price (that’s a whole lot cheaper than therapy!) There are still a few places left on Friday Nov 15th
Short of funds? If you think this event might benefit you, but are short of funds, please get in touch at info@life-stage.org, so you can make a donation. We have a special rate for charity workers and volunteers.
LOCAL AND ACCESSIBLE
We believe that acknowledging grief and loss is an on-going process and is an essential aspect of developing a healthy community. So we will be offering the event throughout the year with the next Love, Loss & Living being in February (Winter) and then May (Spring)
EXPERIENCED FACILITATORS
Amanda Stafford, John Scaife and Adam Duncan will be holding the space with support from others in the Life-Stage team. Each facilitator has many decades of enabling personal development work.
