LIFE-STAGE - Spring Workshop

This month we focus on purpose and how we can sow the seed of intention in our life no matter what age. These sessions run throughout the year and are designed to develop on-going connection and purpose as we age. Each month we explore recurring themes such as courage, vulnerability and wisdom. Over several years Life-Stage has developed a range of engaging activities to support a positive mental attitude. After mid-life , time seems to speed up, so this day is a chance for us to slow down together, to breath, to listen empathically and to share.
