Autumn is a natural season of letting go — the trees shed their leaves, the days shorten, and nature prepares for rest. As we age, we do well to consider our emotional and physical attachments. In this discussion we’ll explore what letting go can mean in our lives.

• What is something small you’ve let go of recently, and how did it feel?

• Is there something you’re holding onto that no longer serves you?

• What might letting go open space for in your life?

Letting Go doesn’t mean loss, but can create freedom, clarity, and space for what matters most.

LIFE-STAGE ONLINE FORUMS

Forums will be loosely structured around a different topic or question each month. The structure will develop over time to reflect the needs and wishes of participants. The Forum is for people in the second half of life and will focus on understanding our common experiences of ageing, as opposed to any specific belief systems or ideologies. We are a friendly and inclusive community -- all are welcome.
