As we slip into those quiet days between Christmas and New Year, it’s a good moment to look back gently at the year we’ve just had. Not resolutions — just a bit of thoughtful sorting.What are you ready to let go of as 2025 ends?Old habits, stress, expectations, clutter (literal or emotional), ways of thinking — anything that no longer fits.And what are you choosing to carry forward into 2026?New routines, connections, confidence, boundaries, joys — whatever has supported you this year.Share as much or as little as you like. Sometimes even naming one small thing can feel like a fresh start.
