LIFE-STAGE: Connections in Nature

Buried in our DNA is a yearning for connection and for healthy community so we will come together around a ceremonial fire to welcome in the Spring Equinox and to connect with each other in Nature. We will spend some time to listen and to share;

• a sadness you've experienced since the winter solstice

• a joy you've experienced since the winter solstice

• something for which you feel gratitude.

Getting There

The Centre for Ecotherapy, Stanmer Park, is located up from Stanmer House. The most useful postcode is BN1 9SE. The park is accessible by car, bus (25 or Breeze 78 at weekends) and train (Falmer Station).There are 3 car parks - One Garden car park (£1.90 per hour), so if you can car share, please do. We will meet outside Stanmer House (maps below) at 3.40 and then walk up together to the Ecotherapy centre.  It takes 6-7 minutes. We’ll open the circle at 2.00. To Bring

• Please bring whatever you need to stay warm and comfortable. Leave the stilettos behind as the ground is not always even. 

• We will stop for a short break with tea, coffee and water provided. Bring your own cup or mug. Please bring any snacks you may want.

  
  

We will finish the meeting by 4.30pm but there will be some chill time afterwards if you wish.
