About the event
Over the last few months , Life-Stage has been enquiring into changes in identity as we age. Do we want to be a fossilised version of our younger selves as we grow older? What do we want to put in place of some of the out-dated images that we and others carry of ourselves.
With some ritual, fun exercises and sharing, we explore our own inner resources and what can inspires us to push through the challenges. This month we have the founder of Living Well Dying Well, Dr. Hermione Elliott, attending as a special guest.
Welcome to the playful and the serious. Welcome to the sad and the joyous. This is a chance to connect with others and yourself without judgement. Let's find the inner courage and wisdom to explore intention and purpose for the New Year and beyond.
