Finding Yourself in the Second Half of Life

About
We are stepping out of town for our CONNECTIONS workshop in May and into the beautiful village of Glynde, Nr. Lewes. We will be welcoming some of our members as well as a few new faces as we make further enquiries into our ageing journey. We’ll be exploring what it is we want at this stage of life and what gets in our way. In such a confusing and busy world, it can be hard to find clarity about our underlying intentions. Keeping focus amidst all the noise and distractions can be hard to do in isolation. In the morning we will be connecting up in the usual way and asking some simple but profound questions of each other. We will be sharing, listening and connecting to create a deeper perspective on life. If the weather is fine we can have a picnic in nature underneath Mount Caburn (bring something to share) After lunch, Julie Ulbricht who is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Trauma Therapist and Family Constellations Facilitator will be running an activity that can help us get a clearer picture of what gets in the way of our heart’s desire. We’ll be finished by 3.00pm.
Each session is organised by 3 or 4 members of the Life-Stage team with many years of experience in facilitating group work. Life-Stage events are loosely based on The Power in Ageing by Adam Duncan
