About the event
AN INTRODUCTION TO LIFE-STAGE
We are community of people (50 - 75+) based mostly around Brighton and Sussex. We facilitate monthly events to create connections and friendships through a deeper understanding of our ageing journey. Our workshops explore how we can best respond to the challenges of ageing as well as enjoy the many benefits. Our sessions are sometimes deep, often fun but always engaging.
This 2 hour ‘taster’ session is an introduction to Life-Stage. The session is engaging and uplifting and is open to anyone regardless of faith or belief. This is an opportunity to see if our Brighton-based community is something you want to explore further.
LIFE-STAGE COMMUNITY
Life-Stage run regular events every month for members, though you don't have to be a member to attend an event. Life-Stage builds bonds of friendship based on a deeper understanding of the ageing journey. Our sessions focus on;
