AGEING WELL FESTIVAL: Life-Stage Introduction

As we age, we see that our time on the planet is limited but instead of despair, we can use our awareness of the transience of life as a powerful psychological tool. Conscious Ageing cuts through the daily noise, sharpens focus, and transforms how we experience the present moment. Instead of hanging onto the past or being fearful of the future, we can live with self-confidence and purpose.

After mid-life, some people come into their own, while others become fearful and isolated. Rather than be cowed by fear and clinging to the past, we can respond to the challenges of growing older by developing our innate wisdom and courage…no matter our age or circumstances.

There will plenty of time for facilitated discussion and for you to share your thoughts on your ageing journey. The Life-Stage team looks forward to welcoming you to this event
