We develop meaningful connections through listening and sharing on a deeper level and we challenge limiting beliefs around ageing. Through reflective and playful activities , we see how our fears about ageing and letting go can be transformed into energy and purpose. THE TEAM The day is facilitated by Adam Duncan and others from Life-Stage team who have years of experience of running events for people in the second half of life. All activities are optional. This is a friendly and safe space to reflect on the past, to plan for the future and to come fully into the present. On a major bus route along Church Road between Hove and Churchill Square, Brighton (buses 1, 2, 5, 6, 21, 25, 46, 49, 60, 700) and we are 10 minutes walk from Hove train station.
