In the historic Barn at heart of Patcham Village, Brighton, we explore our connection to the past and to each other.

If we deny the sadness from the many losses over our lifetime, it can prevent us from experiencing the natural joy of being alive. If we can't share some vulnerability now, it can lead to a sense of emptiness and isolation in later life. In a supportive and safe environment our sharing and listening leads to a deep sense of  connection and purpose.
